COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT IN LIPJAN

The Minister of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari and the Mayor of the Municipality of Lipjan, Mr. Imri Ahmeti, signed the Cooperation Agreement for the Industrial Park Project in Qylaga - Lipjan.

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET) will finance the project/contract "Construction of physical infrastructure in the Industrial Park in Lipjan, phase V" within the budget limits provided in accordance with the Law on the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo. The estimated value of the investment for the construction of the physical infrastructure of this park in phase V (fifth) will be up to EUR 2,672,554.61 for the realization of the contract.

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET) during the years 2022-2023 has allocated financial means and invested in this industrial park in the amount of EUR 600,000, while this three-year agreement (2024-2026) foresees an investment in the total value of EUR 2,672,554.61, of which MIET will finance EUR 2,000,000, while the Municipality of Lipjan will finance EUR 672,554.61, for the years 2024-2026.

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade is maximally committed at continuing to build and bring into full operation the Industrial and Technological Parks in our country.
