The Kosovo-Greece Economic Forum brings new economic cooperation!

Today, in Pristina, the Kosovo-Greece 2024 Economic Forum took place, organized by the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), in cooperation with the Greek counterpart agency, Enterprise Greece. Participants in this forum were high institutional representatives and from the business community of both countries, proving a promising perspective for economic cooperation between Kosovo and Greece.
In the introductory speech, the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari welcomed the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Mr. Kostas Fragogiannis, who was accompanied by a delegation of 15 Greek businesses and the directors of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), the General Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki (TCCI) and the Association of Greek Exporters (SEVE).
Minister Hajdari emphasized that Kosovo has made great progress in democratic development and building a stable economy, driven by innovation, entrepreneurship and strong commitment to the integration of products in the global market.
This forum represents a joint commitment to progress, stability and economic prosperity between the two countries, where 50 Kosovar businesses participated, selected through a public call by KIESA.
During the forum, cooperation memoranda were signed between the economic chambers of Kosovo and Greece, and fruitful B2B meetings were held between the businesses of both countries in sectors such as: wood processing, metals, food, renewable energy, information and communication technology, tourism and pharmacy.
The Greek delegation, led by KIESA, visited the Industrial Park in Drenas and Lipjan, seeing closely the potential of the industrial areas of Kosovo.
This forum proves our shared commitment to strengthen economic cooperation and build a brighter future for the coming generations.
