Minister Hajdari participated in the opening of the Global Albanian Gastronomy Festival (GAGF 2024)

In her introductory speech, Minister Hajdari emphasized that Albanian gastronomy is much more than food - it represents the values of generous hospitality of our Albanian nation, inherited over the centuries.

In this festival, the Republic of Kosovo was represented in a dignified way, through more than 50 businesses, which presented their authentic products, showing the quality and craftsmanship of our producers and the culture and rich heritage of our Albanian tradition in gastronomy.

Important in the exhibition of this festival, is a connection between ICT service providers, with the manufacturing and processing industry with many arts and designs in support of gastronomy.

This link is promising in improving product innovation towards production with higher added value, which is one of our specific objectives under Industrial Policy 2030.

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, through the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), offered financial support in the amount of EUR 108,000 to provide space for the participation of 51 local businesses in the Global Albanian Gastronomy Festival (GAGF 2024).

The commitment and dedication of the Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade will continue with support to our growing enterprises, every day more and more, with a wide range of valuable products and services, for the local and international market.
