Statement from the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET)

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET) clarifies that the Audit Committee has been established and is currently functioning in full compliance with the legislation and standards of good governance. After the end of the mandate of the previous Committee, the Ministry has taken immediate steps to establish the new Committee, by ensuring continuity of oversight and strengthening internal controls.

MIET remains committed to transparency, integrity and accountability, by ensuring that all its processes and actions are in line with the highest standards of good governance.
