The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade is continuing to protect consumer rights during the Black Friday period, by taking active measures to prevent any abuse or fraud with advertised discounts.

The Central Inspectorate of Market Surveillance, in accordance with Law No. 04/L-034 on Consumer Protection, has been carrying out intensive inspections throughout the week and will continue inspections tonight until late hours, as well as over the weekend. These inspections aim to ensure that commercial practices are fair and that advertised discounts are real and in accordance with the law.

We call on all citizens to help maintain transparency and commercial honesty. If you notice a discrepancy between advertised discounts and prices charged, please let us know using the official platform at:  konsumatori.rks-gov.net/complaintPost.php
