"Persons with disabilities are an important and integral part of our society. They show us that strength is not determined by the challenges we face, but by how we overcome them. This was demonstrated today through their wonderful exhibition, where we had the opportunity to look beyond prejudices and limitations, truly appreciating the creativity and exceptional spirit of these 10 artists in our society," stated Minister Hajdari.

Their art, presented with increased dedication and creativity, along with the awards they received were the highlights of the event, demonstrating the significance of inclusion and equality.

The Government of Kosovo is committed to supporting and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities.

By implementing sustainable policies that address environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, engaging both the public and private sectors, and providing supportive instruments for businesses and organizations, we are building an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and excel.

The Minister emphasized that the outstanding work of the Golden Eagle Foundation, guided by ESG principles, is an inspiring example of contribution to the sustainable development of the country, and a model to be followed by other enterprises in Kosovo in their operations and strategies.

The Golden Eagle Foundation’s initiative to hire 10 persons with disabilities at the Freesia factory, along with other ambitious ongoing projects, clearly demonstrates that inclusion and opportunities for contribution are achievable for all.

Let this day serve as a call to reflect and take action - an opportunity to honor the talent, courage, and extraordinary spirit of the many artists in our society!
