Minister Hajdari attended the reception organized by the Embassy of Finland in Kosovo to celebrate Finland's Independence Day.

"On Finland's Independence Day, December 6th, we celebrated a special occasion to honor the enduring and productive friendship and collaboration between Kosovo and Finland," said Minister Hajdari.
At the Finnish reception, Minister Hajdari expressed her congratulations and gratitude to Ambassador Matti Nissinen for Finland’s continuous support in state-building processes, European integration, and Kosovo's membership in international organizations. She also expressed appreciation to Finland for their collaborative programs focused on the development of special education, human rights, women’s empowerment, social welfare, and good governance.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade has established a strong cooperation with the Embassy of Finland in Kosovo, which has had a positive impact on increasing institutional exchanges between the two countries and creating connections and networking opportunities between Kosovar and Finnish businesses in the areas of investment, trade, innovation, and tourism.
Following the visit of several Finnish businesses to Kosovo, we were able to arrange for 8 local businesses in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry to participate in ''SLUSH 2024" in Helsinki through the KIESA agency. This event is a major gathering for startups worldwide, global investors, and technology journalists, and it took place on November 20 - 21, 2024.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Embassy of Finland in Kosovo, we are continuing to organize networking events to promote tourism and innovation of both Kosovo and Finland.
