Minister Hajdari receives the Ambassador of Slovenia to Kosovo, Borut Blaj, in a meeting

The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Ms. Rozeta Hajdari, received the Ambassador of Slovenia to Kosovo, Mr. Borut Blaj, in a meeting, accompanied by the Minister’s Adviser, Ms. Milena Radenković.
While informing the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, a friendly country, Mr. Blaj, Minister Hajdari presented the progress achieved in the drafting and implementation of policies and reforms aimed at creating a fair, flexible, and innovation-oriented business environment, which has made Kosovo a more competitive and attractive destination for foreign direct investment in Southeast Europe.
The progress achieved in the economic, democratic and security fields in the Republic of Kosovo has also been evidenced in the latest international reports: OECD Competitiveness Policy Outlook 2024, 2024 Corruption Perception Index of Transparency International, 2024 FDI Intelligence, Financial Times, Gallup Global Safety Report 2025, as well as reports of the European Commission and the World Bank, which emphasize that Kosovo has recorded the highest growth among the Western Balkan countries.
Minister Hajdari and Ambassador Mr. Blaj praised the good relations between Kosovo and Slovenia and confirmed the readiness to deepen and expand economic cooperation through the organization of the Kosovo-Slovenia Economic Forum, with co-chairing and the exchange of experiences across various economic sectors between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Slovenia.
