1. Office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade consists of:

1.1. Secretary General;

1.2. Professional Staff; and

1.3. Support Staff;

2. Professional and support civil servants within the Office of the Secretary are:

2.1. Senior Executive Officer; and

2.2. Executive Officer;

3. Other positions that directly report to the Secretary General:

3.1. Senior Certification Officer.

4. Duties and responsibilities of the Secretary General are determined in the relevant Law on Organization and Functioning of State Administration and Independent Agencies, relevant Law on Public Officials, relevant Law on Areas of Administrative Responsibility of the Office of Prime Minister and Ministries, as well as other legislation in force.

5. Duties and responsibilities of the support staff of the Office of the Secretary General shall be determined in the legislation on public officials.

6. The number of employees in the Office of the Secretary General is four (4).
