1. Duties and Responsibilities of the Trade Policy Division are:

1.1. Ensures the implementation of trade policies, in accordance with trade policies, in accordance with the relevant legislation and strategic documents;

1.2. Proposes, designs and analyzes trade policies in the Republic of Kosovo;

1.3. Exercise activities in the capacity of the Secretariat of the Working Group on Trade Policy.

2. Head of the Trade Policy Division, reports to the Head of the Trade Department.

3. Number of employees in the Trade Policy Division is four (4).
