1. Duties and responsibilities of the Division for Drafting MSME Policies are:

1.1. Proposes and drafts policies in the field of entrepreneurship;

1.2. Proposes and drafts legislation in the field of entrepreneurship;

1.3. Proposes and develops projects in the field of MSMEs;

1.4. Proposes policies for the regulation of the internal market for entrepreneurship, including fiscal and non-fiscal measures for the development of sectors in entrepreneurship;

1.5. Researches and identifies strategic projects that have an impact on increasing employment in MSMEs.

2. The Head of the MSME Policy Making Division reports to the Director of the Entrepreneurship Department.

3. The number of employees in the MSME Policy Making Division is three (3).
