1. Duties and responsibilities of the Mandatory Crude Petroleum Reserves Division are:

1.1. Proposes, designs and ensures implementation of the legislation on mandatory crude petroleum reserves;

1.2. Proposes, designs and ensures implementation of strategic policy documents on mandatory crude petroleum reserves;

1.3. Designs the annual program on mandatory crude petroleum reserves;

1.4. Maintains the list of the quantity of mandatory crude petroleum reserves.

2. Head of Mandatory Crude Petroleum Reserve Division reports to the Head of the State Reserves Department.

3. Number of employees in the Mandatory Crude Petroleum Reserves Division is two (2).
